Phil Sewell has amassed over 40 years of commercial contracting and mechanical systems experience and has lead projects in every major market segment. Sewell was a founder and partner in Central Mechanical Wichita (CMW) for nearly 30 years. During his time at CMW, Phil’s broad experienced included project management, design/build, conceptual estimating, value engineering, cost analysis and energy analysis projects.
Any medical project on CMW’s master medical project resume has had Phil Sewell’s involvement. He managed over $200 million dollars of new construction and remodel mechanical systems projects while at CMW.
Phil lives in Wichita, Kansas with his wife Stella. They have three daughters, two sons and several grandchildren. In his spare time Sewell enjoys being outdoors hunting, playing golf and leading building projects around his home.
